The only real positive is the people you work with. There are some genuinely talented, kind, and committed individuals here who do their best under increasingly difficult conditions. If you're early in your career, you'll pick up some experience.

Unfortunately, the leadership structure holds everything back. The CEO may have good intentions, but she lacks experience and strategic clarity the company needs. Decisions feel reactive and there's little transparency about the bigger picture. Micromanagement is a big issue - even junior decisions get escalated unnecessarily because the lowest tier of managers aren't trusted to act independently. This slows everything down. Training is pretty non-existent. There is a lack of DEI training, data security training, and barely any onboarding or upskilling. Redundancies were handled in a way that was careless and demoralising - HR weren't even informed beforehand, and those left behind were given little to no support. After the redundancies, no plan was put in place to manage the extra workload. Teams were slashed and expected to carry on as if nothing had happened, with fewer resources, less support, and no additional pay. There are barely any social events. The office is hard to get to unless you drive, and even when you're there, Most "collaboration" just means sitting on Teams calls. It's not about collaboration, it's about monitoring and control. Projects often start without proper planning or objectives, then fizzle out after weeks of wasted effort. It's clear that people on the ground know what needs to be done, but management either doesn't listen or doesn't know how to respond.
