Infrastructure & Work Environment: The infrastructure is severely lacking. There are no laptops provided (desktop-only roles), and the shared cafeteria is in poor condition. For a software role, the lack of modern tools is a significant hurdle. Micromanagement & Strict Policies: Extreme focus on "desk time." Employees are expected to be at their desks for 8 hours without recognized breaks. There is a strict "1-minute late" policy where salary is deducted for even minor delays, and mobile phone usage is restricted. Job Insecurity: The company has a culture of firing employees without providing constructive feedback or valid reasons, which makes it a very unstable environment for career growth. Benefits & Leave: There are no Indian holidays observed. The leave policy is very restrictive, offering only 15 days total (including sick leave) per year. Unprofessional Onboarding: Be aware that offer letters are not provided until the actual day you report and join, which is a major red flag for any professional.
