Clear favouritism from managers, if you worked there 2 years+ and have no life outside of Selfridges then you are a favourite. This means your cheeky holiday/Christmas requests always get approved and you can mess about all shift not lifting a finger and they will turn a blind eye. It is easy to feel like an outsider as the employees are cliquey and bully new people leading them to quit after only a few months. Co workers sneakily steal your sales you worked so hard for that 1% commission and management does nothing about it because either way a sale is a sale and it makes the company look good.
