A beautiful and historic property.

Seligman Group certainly likes to show off the beautiful, historic properties in its portfolio, but it cares little for the interiors or the tenants. I've lived in a Seligman (AKA SwelGroup) property for years. Our on-site management team cannot get funding approved to fix basic needs like laundry machines. Our elevator permits are over a year expired. The landscaping around the front of the building is full of glass and dead grass. (The other buildings on the block maintain their curb-side landscaping). There are roaches in the building. The doors and cabinets inside the apartments cannot close properly because thick layers of paint are caked around each hinge. Our on-site management wants to fix these things, but they can't get SwelGroup to approve the funds.
