-Will have you working for free or will underpay you deliberately. Its all about their "budget"- We didn't have a manager for a full year and they would not get one just so they didn't have to pay. - Disrespectful, treat you like something you've stepped in. - Will ban you for handing your notice in - Will threaten you with the sack for no apparent reason. - Don't expect to get cover if you feel ill - No point of a HR Department- no one listens or changes anything - Huge turnover of staff - No progression, even if you've worked there for 7 years or seen as a "manager", you will not get pay rise from minimum wage. - They do not care about customers. So many issues with the hotel yet they will cut corners and never get them fixed and will advise you to lie to the customers. -No one had fire training or first aid so if something were to have happened to the building or a customer, the circumstances could have been catastrophic. - Will message/ring you out of work hours. -Disorganised. - Deleted my email straight away in fear of me contacting the CEO of Selina.
