The people can be fun to work with, the high turnover rate keeps the people you see on a regular basis rotating. Flexible working, if you explain you like certain things certain ways, they usually work out a solution for you.

The management have no idea how to run a hotel in the UK. They mainly have experience out of UK hotels so they believe the same things apply. For example, they wanted a skate park in a bar. They have spent ridiculous amounts on snack, events and bar stuff yet next to nothing on the bedrooms that have been needing to be improved for decades. Oh, I was there for 5 years, I didn't improve in my career position. Don't expect growth here at all
