Great company - Recensione dipendente - Account Manager presso Selligence

Great work environment where people are supportive and always willing to offer a hand to help. Working on projects is fun and collaborative. I never feel like I’m stuck working on a something alone.

No real cons. Cross communication could be improved but the company is actively taking steps make communication more cohesive.

People at the company are really nice and fun to work with. If there is something this company does right, it knows how to hire good talent. If you are new in the workforce and want to get your feet wet in a startup I suggest working for this one. You will face probably every challenge a startup has to offer. So if you like a challenge this is your place.

The platform is not good. Selligence prides itself on being a leader in the space they sell into but that is not the case, ZoomInfo, Cognisim, Crunchbase are the leaders. Selligence is a cheaper version of those three but you get what you pay for. Leadership has been trying for a year to get venture funding which has not happened so its been a tough road.
