Poorly managed - Recensione dipendente - Sales presso Sema4

This company has been mismanaged for years, and it's only gotten worse with GeneDx leadership taking over this year. There is no communication, no transparency, and GeneDx doesn't value the Sema4 team at all. We've had 2 layoffs this year, and there are rumors of 2 more layoffs coming. So many talented colleauges were let go in August, with no attempts made to move them into viable roles.
