Semalytix is an highly innovative startup that pushes forward the evolution of AI and ML. For me, working at Semalytix is joyful and exciting for a couple of reasons: All employees together shape a company culture that is based on humanity and respect and work collaboratively towards a common goal. This is enforced by extremely flat hierarchies and open minded leads. Everyone can come up with ideas, stories of success and defeat and will receive constructive feedback and support on personal development. Beside benefits like Fitness-club memberships and the opportunity to work remotely, social company events and free coffee make Semalytix a dreamlike employer.

Semalytix faces challenges like any other startup. Therefore, some processes are still not well established and might cause confusion once in a while.

Semalytix is one of the beste places to work I can imagine. There are two things that I would like to stress in particular: 1) The innovative mix of technologies and the openness to new scientific methods. 2) The team with employees from 20+ countries all coming together and really working in a respectful and human manner.

It is a startup, so things do not always go as planned and have to be improvised sometimes. Actually I would rate this as a plus, but if you like fixed and clearly defined structures and hierarchies and a high degree of predictability you are wrong here.
