the job posting and interview was extremely misleading. This is a cold call sales job, you're expected to go to 60+ buisnesses (in person even now during covid) a day and expected to only close a couple deals (3-4). It is also completely commission based and they do not tell you that upon hire (they kind of deceive you and say "we typically make $$ this much per week" but never outright say it is completely commission based). Long hours and are expected to drive your own car except for on the frequent business trips.

-People appeared to be nice but it’s not hard to see through. - Completely commission based, that they never tell you in the interview or hiring process. - It’s two offices or companies crammed in one little space. - Totally unnecessary morning meetings. They say they run drills to help you but instead they decorate the employees who been there longer. And not help the employees who struggle. - you work 6 days a week over 50 hours and then you have to attend to these office meetups for “networking” that can be done in the morning meetings. -this job will leave you with no social life. Unless you are a part timer.
