Great work environment. Lead quality is good. Upper management takes care of the people who put an effort in. Work remotely. Great work/life balance.

Base pay could be higher. We need quantity of leads to be higher.

Some colleagues at the ground and mid levels are hard-working and supportive. The pace and volume of work allow for skill development and exposure to multiple aspects of operations. If you’re looking to build technical resilience, this environment will challenge you.

The executive culture is profoundly toxic. Over my five-plus years at the company, I witnessed and personally experienced disturbing patterns of behavior from leadership, including racism, sexism, and blatant gaslighting. Discriminatory comments were normalized, and those raising concerns were often dismissed or bullied into silence. Leadership often rewards loyalty over competence, and serious ethical concerns were swept under the rug. There is a deep lack of accountability at the highest levels. This is not a psychologically safe workplace, particularly for people of color, LGBT folks and women.
