The culture is amazing with a very supportive dynamic. I've been given opportunities to grow in and outside of my role. The rate of growth has been a whirwind but very positive.

It has taken awhile for some process and procedures to get it place and can be very frustrating as answers only trickle down from the top.

Company continues to trend in the right direction.

Just announced a return to office mandate and doesn’t really feel like any input was sought from employees.
