Not a true hybrid role - Recensione dipendente - Finance presso Sempra

Was hired on as hybrid 2 days onsite, and now employees are being made to come in physically 3 days for no true work reason other than “just because”. Extremely disappointing that they were being disingenuous throughout the advertising, interview and hiring process about the hybrid aspect. I would expect them to take it even further in the near future since they so casually decided for everyone without discussion. In short, if your position is being presented as certain amount of days from home, be warned that we were all told one day more than what we got.
