Growing Company; Great People - Recensione dipendente - Copywriter presso Sempris

I started here at Sempris a couple weeks ago and have had such an amazing experience so far. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming to new employees which is so important and meaningful when starting at a new company. The brand new building is such a great work space with plenty of outside light and an absolutely beautiful layout.

There has been no cons of this position or my manager/other employees so far.

Business model is solid. Many non-leader employees are really nice and genuine people

The from the "leaders", directors, VPs, and all the way to the CEO, there is nothing but absolute chaos in terms of how they run this business. - They will make up negative information to throw people under the bus for no reason. - They will induce fear into their employees by making them sign notices to them forcing them to do better. - They have wrongfully terminated employees and they have discriminated against others. - They have zero project management structure, a lack of communication, and they believe it is ok to bully others, especially those who may be struggling. - They claim to be a "tight-knit group of coworkers and friends", and that is so far from the truth. The leaders may be close, but the employees are left out of pretty much everything. There is no transparency at all. If anyone is lucky enough to work here, you must follow exactly what you say or you will be terminated. It is one of the worst places to work I have ever been at.
