Colleagues are great, we all collaborate in order to hit quota. The Philly office is nice. The product is good and most customers rely on Semrush on a weekly basis. Because customers know and understand Semrush getting the sale is more straightforward than with other SaaS companies.

The sales team used to be such a great place to work. I would have recommended it to anyone but certainly not anymore. The morale has dropped considerably over the last 3-4 months. This was an amazing place to work even a year ago but that is certainly not the case anymore. Communication is basically zero under new leadership. when things are communicated it is either the day before a big change or days after the change has occurred. Sales reps have been kept in the dark sometimes days or weeks into the month on what quota is and what counts towards quota. Sales reps are required to fill out stagnant Excel sheets for each account while the company simultaneously has a well-managed CRM. This doubles the or triples clerical work considering the Excel document doesn't automatically update as the CRM does. It is almost funny how representative this task is to the direction of the sales team.
