Honestly, I struggled to think of any real cons. Semrush offers generous benefits, including unlimited PTO and a strong 401(k) match. Of course, no company is perfect, but my experience has been overwhelmingly positive. Any challenges that came up were addressed quickly and transparently by leadership.
