- Work is balanced and work hours are fair - Opportunities for growth

- Unwanted physical contact - Management does not announce their presence and will stand directly behind employees to watch them without explaining their reasons for being there - Inappropriate language is common-place - Shaming of employees is also common but is regularly done so in a very passive aggressive manner - Personal space is not respected by certain people in management

The pay is very good

There is nothing good here. There is loads of technical debt. The technology is old, their days are numbered.
