Great leadership present within management, solid HR department that values employees and processes along with transparent communication to team, awesome CEO, wonderful products, fun environment and hybrid schedule is brilliant

i think the only con would be i feel like there could maybe be 2 remote days? like monday/tuesday or thursday/friday, but currently having 1 remote day is nice because i can lock in and focus at home without the distractions of the office, I do like coming in the office and seeing everyone especially since the culture is great though!
