My experiences are pretty similar to those posted here with the exception of a few more negative ones to tack on. I've been in the business for years and this company by far is easily the worst of the worst. You will not make $ with this company, you'll only be making $ that will be left and you will never be vested. You think about that. Everything will be left. How are you vested if you never get anything when you leave. I was there a year and never got a pay through or renewals. When I left, I got a letter about clients still on the books that they wanted me to pay back commissions on (remind you "still on the books, NOT CANCELLED) but no mention of earned pay through $ or renewal $. So, I ask how is that being vested from day 1. That's how Senior Life Insurance Co, their VPs, and higher ups make $. They sell you on a dream that isn't reality. It's not designed for you to win. I've often wondered if how they operate is even legal or how they can sleep at night. Please, please RUN from this company, don't walk. There are plenty reputable life companies out there to align yourself with - this isn't one of them.
