Seniorcorp is a great company. I have been with the company for 5 years and I love what we do we take care of people who need it and provide a valuable service to our clients families. The company has been steadily growing the whole time I have been there and has allowed for personal growth as well. I highly recommend this company.

Very little to speak of the company works hard on customer service and to constantly be improving the environment for customers and caregivers alike.
Only been working here for 3 months but the clients are wonderful, i would miss them greatly

Schedule Staff: at first they seem nice and considerate but after a while they only care about themselves
Miscommunication: they do not tell you EVERYTHING in interviews or orientation but you must put a time request off on holidays (even the holidays your technically not working) which was not explained throughly on their part and I ended getting written up because i didn’t work on a holiday i was “technically” suppose to be working like what??? (before this i never called out i worked everyday)
Pay: Again miscommunication; at the beginning of the interview i was told i would be getting payed 11.00 as a Level 1 PCA now i’m getting payed 10.00 like why?? and live-ins now make 10.00 instead of 12-13 it’s very sad
Holiday track: you have to work your holiday regardless if there no 8hr case; working 2 hours for your holiday sounds ridiculous wasting gas and time to be home with family and friends
