Vantaggi
I enjoyed working at Senitor for the most part. People are nice and they take on people who have no experience in recruitment. Good commission structure and a genuine opportunity to make good money. If you want to get into recruitment it’s a good place to do it.
Svantaggi
The directors have been out of the game for too long, they’re old fashioned and not ready to make the changes to keep up with the rest of the industry. By thinking you just “need a yellow pages and a phone” they are shooting themselves in the foot and can’t compete with better agencies out there.
Genuinely enjoyed working there but I’d recommend starting at Senitor and going somewhere better once you’ve had decent billings and made some good money. Zero work from home and no trust of employees, fine if you’ve just started but after a few years gets pretty tiresome.
