No Pros. It is just like any regular consultancy and not really a corporate HR firm.

Svantaggi

There are no fixed working hours, and it may even stretch upto 12 hours a day. Sometimes you need to work on Sundays too. An employee working for the company hardly has a private life left as all week/month long the employee is expected to be present in the office at all hours. The pay is really less and the employees are not even appreciated for their hard work. The senior management is not transparent. And also way too egoistic and manipulative.

I was very impressed by the small & lean team doing some very high quality and responsible work. Many people in the industry claim to understand HR, but these guys bring in a lot of value along with their hands on experience of running the HR department of so many companies for over a decade. Being a small team, one of the best things about this compny was that the Top Management was always very approachable.

Svantaggi

Some seniors can be very strict about deadlines and at times some Clients can be very over-demanding. Clients don't pay on time and that can cause some delays.

Respectful atmosphere. Teammates help each other out. Most importantly, the quality work done is very high and purposeful. In most other organizations I have seen that the HR function is not treated with a lot of respect, but whichever Company is managed by SenseHR, treats it's employees with a lot of respect.

Svantaggi

Timelines are strict and very less room for excuses. Sometimes, the workdays can stretch for too long as per the Client requirement.
