Potential to be an industry leader but lack of leadership, vision, and follow thru. Company is run by desk managers, not leaders, at almost every level.

Poor management, from top to bottom. Top management has no clue, current top dog just likes to travel, give orders, and pretend. Mininimal effort given, as minimal vision created. Too, too many good people have come here, and left here ...
