The culture is very team based, everyone is willing to help you and make sure you accomplish your goals. Leadership meets with each employee for 1 on 1's to make sure you don't need anything to be successful, but also to talk about your career goals and wants to help you achieve them. This is a company that cares about their employees and rewards hard work.

Working at Sentact you will be challenged. If you want to coast at a job for 40 hours a week, this isn't the job for you.

There are some really good people people and bright minds. Very good with flexibility as it comes to personal appointments. Software is very simple to use

Nepotism and clicky. Untrustworthy. Half the company is related to or a friend of a relative of ownership. It’s like a LinkedIn post of things to avoid: You are told to wear many hats, then told you are not growing because you haven’t become specialized. You are told you are like family, yet management is anything but honest.
