Management and specially the owner are extremely racist and misogynistic, they often point fingers at the “lower” workers for any and every reason, they poor chemicals down regular drainage to avoid paying for proper disposal, often lie and make false promises about raises bonuses and promotions without ever fulfilling them, avoid this place as if you’re not part of the “group” you will be entering a hostile environment. They always are gonna be having closed door conversations about you. Work and non-work related.
