They challenge employees to grow and become better. It is performance based and the harder you work the better compensation you will receive. You will conduct 1 on 1 professional development with management to discuss goals and other things.

We are a small company that requires people to get outside of their swim lanes. But even that is not negative, everyone pitches in to get the job done. That makes us successful, it makes the company successful....so no reals cons!
