The people are amazing and dedicated to what they do. We are part of a large family of companies. The biggest sister company is Flexjet. The family also has luxury helicopters, jet chartering, aircraft maintenance, aviation simulator company and more. Great benefits and people's expertise is evident.

24/7/365 industry which means the command center has to be staffed at all times to provide exceptional service to our clients. Command center roles can be challenging as they require working on weekend day each week but the four day a week work schedule is great!

My Coworkers were nice people.

-Misrepresented what I would be doing for my job. -Each day was a marathon with permission required to use the bathroom. - More of a call center than anything to do with flight following or managing crews. Majority of the time spent on the phone confirming catering or ground transportation in position. Should have been a customer service responsibility. -Job requirements for education and experience is way over the top for what is an entry level position. -Was threatened by Management and HR when I had my exit interview, They told me they would not hesitate to sue me and that they had taken multiple other former employees to court. I was not in sales, my role had minimal access to clients and I was going to a job with different responsibilities in the same industry. I did sign an 18 month non-solicit upon employment but I did not sign a non-compete. HR tried to make me sign new documents upon leaving which threatened more legal action. I obviously did not sign them. - I had a coworker who wanted to work with her husbands company, in the same industry similar role to flight following, she was also threatened with legal action and decided not to switch positions out of fear. -My Manager got promoted 1.5 years before I got there but they had still not received their negotiated pay bump but was still doing all the manager work.
