Wonderful people, great terms and perks, great location and offices.

Working way too many hours, the company doesn't really care of its employees, it just seem to care, but only if you put your work before life. Proof: every single one of the employees who has vested his options is leaving. Some don't even make it that far. In short, terrible place to work for, terrible HR (ignoring some really horrible things just to appear good on the outside, as long as the work gets done). But still good compensations, as already mentioned. Some people think it's worth it.

Cyber is a relevant and hot area right now. The tech has some solid differentiators but most of it is hype

CEO is nowhere to be seen. Seems to dislike public appearances. Many other executive C levels that have been here since the IPO don’t seem to work. HR is dysfunctional. It’s the only part of the company that seemingly gets any investment. Company loves to announce products but seemingly can’t release them on time or without extensive issues. Reps spend months on selling only to lose due to product deficiencies. There seems to be an appetite to buy companies and then let them die.
