      From the first day in the company I felt a sense of belonging to the company. The company first of all cares about the employees. The company writes in the most advanced and up-to-date technologies today and tries to preserve and advance the employee's knowledge.

      There are currently no shortcomings in the company. All I had the disadvantages in previous companies SentinelOne does not have those disadvantages

      Cyber is a relevant and hot area right now. The tech has some solid differentiators but most of it is hype

      CEO is nowhere to be seen. Seems to dislike public appearances. Many other executive C levels that have been here since the IPO don’t seem to work. HR is dysfunctional. It’s the only part of the company that seemingly gets any investment. Company loves to announce products but seemingly can’t release them on time or without extensive issues. Reps spend months on selling only to lose due to product deficiencies. There seems to be an appetite to buy companies and then let them die.
