Our leadership is the real deal - they are focused on the right things at the right time and understand the evolving landscape of the market. They lead with transparency and trust and recognize that culture is what will enable our long term success. My team, from my direct reports, to my peers, my manager, to my stakeholders, are some of the best colleagues I've ever had the privilege to work with and I continue to learn from them everyday.

      As in any hyper growth environment - this is not for the faint of heart. There is much work to be one and having drive and "fire in the belly" are what's needed to be successful and happy here.

      Cyber is a relevant and hot area right now. The tech has some solid differentiators but most of it is hype

      CEO is nowhere to be seen. Seems to dislike public appearances. Many other executive C levels that have been here since the IPO don’t seem to work. HR is dysfunctional. It’s the only part of the company that seemingly gets any investment. Company loves to announce products but seemingly can’t release them on time or without extensive issues. Reps spend months on selling only to lose due to product deficiencies. There seems to be an appetite to buy companies and then let them die.
