The remote work environment and culture are top notch. The leadership team instills trust and accountability in employees. With a majority of employees working remotely, I was nervous the management team would be strict on working hours, online productivity, metrics, etc. However, I have experienced the exact opposite. Of course I have metrics to meet, but, I am given freedom to complete my day to day work. I feel a sense of belonging on my team, my work matters, I can make a difference, I have a voice and can express opinions. S1 leaders show they care about the well-being of employees. Leadership team turnover. As the company continues to scale, the leadership team has changed quite a bit over the last year. However, with this change, S1 has diversified the leadership team which I believe will strengthen the company as it continues to grow.
