IT and Operations could be better.

Really solid client relationships, fun and interesting brands to work on. People are AWESOME. There aren't really egos and everyone gets involved to set the current culture and future planning for the agency. Lots of opportunity on career building, brand building and agency building

Going to move from awesome Union Square location. IT is bad, but hear it is due to old building. Wish more people knew about it in the industry (low profile). Could pay more.
