They had air conditioning?.... That's about all they had going for them.

The owner of this company is so far behind the times. I had brought an issue to her and she immediately stated that she didn't want to hear it. The customer service team are the most toxic people I have ever met. The technology that they use to monitor the customers is so antiquated that it fails often. People are spending hundred and thousands of dollars for this company to keep them safe and they haven't caught up with technology to do that effectively... Do yourself a favor and run away from any opportunity at this company wether its employment or hiring them as a security company.

Poor attitude, laziness, no one likes working here, I've asked and talked to everyone here and they don't put any e tra effort in for a quality job. Always the bare minimum. Also have witnessed and been told in past to cut corners while doing fire inspections at hotels and nursing homes.
