Stuck in an office .

The other staff there was great. The owners Mike and Jim were very friendly. Commission structure was very nice.

Top of the list is training... let's just say horrible is a compliment. You are offered 2 weeks paid training. First off, very rushed and you are not really given time to really study the materials. Management plays favoritism and will literally not be shy about it. They talk down to you as if you have no intelligence at all, regardless of your background. Once they put you on the floor you are expected to remember everything and they don't give you anyone to sit with for a few days to adjust. They place clients over employees (their bread and butter). There are some employees there who are very immature and treat the place like high school. I have had years in a professional environment up to a manager myself but this place is a whole different animal.
