While it’s good to know you’re happy with your pay and vacation time, I’m sorry to hear about the challenges you’re experiencing. Claims workloads can fluctuate and have been more difficult to predict as pandemic mandates and other guidance and protocols continue to shift. We’re actively recruiting additional claims representatives to accommodate the increased volume we’re experiencing. Work-life balance is very important to us at Sentry and we strive to have manageable workloads.
