In regards to remote work, while we’re very proud of how well all associates have handled remote work during the pandemic, we value face-to-face collaboration and don’t intend to stay fully remote. However, we don’t want to completely abandon the flexibility of remote work, which is why we’re adopting a hybrid model when we return to the office.
