Great pay structure -- car, gas, phone. Support from home office is adequate. The idea is to have all customers contact home office- - benefit.
Svantaggi
Unrealistic quotas - lack of support in some markets. Training is good, but they run quite a few throught the training -- large full time training staff just for agents - can you say TURN OVER???
