Boasts about huge company surplus, but gives shockingly low "bonuses" to low and mid-level employees. Advertises amenities that normal employees haven't been able to use in more than two years. Golf course on site is only for the 1%. Even at the employee rate, you better harvest a few organs if you want to bring friends and family as guests. Same goes for the new hotel. Had a higher up tell me that donating to United Way is optional, but so is Sentry's choice to keep me employed. Most people donate out of fear or guilt to get extra PTO.
