Really tone-deaf on return to work directive. We've worked great from home, and should have more ability to make the choice for ourselves in how often we want to be in the office. We've never been surveyed, interviewed, given a platform to indicate our preferences, the decision was just made for us with no input.

While we believe we work best when we’re able to work together in person, we recognize working from home deserves a place in how we work moving forward. That’s why we’re moving toward a hybrid model where we work both in the office and at home.
