Sentry has good values and tries to implement positive work flows for employees. The Charleston division and south region leadership is wonderful and they will do anything in their power to help. The teamwork and positive culture within the office is unheard of - anyone in the office (literally any CAM, the DP, the company COO, and any admin staff) will drop what they are doing to help you when you need it. The caring, giving, positive culture of the company is why I’ve stuck around through the most difficult times. Despite the negative stereotypes, most board members are great to work with and genuinely appreciate the work put into their community.

Turnover is high because portfolios are too demanding with insufficient reward. Work life balance suffers and high performers end up getting punished with more work as low performers or burnt out high performers weed themselves out. Turnover in administrative staff makes it difficult to know what level of support you can expect. There are many deadlines/timing expectations and most of the time they feel impossible to keep up with.
