Internal Team of professionals, great people to work with and to manage. People full of creative ideas. The company has great technical potential, also beautiful office in Kraków with great location. Very successful corporate events. Lots of nice gestures from the company on the occasion of Christmas, childbirth, marriage, etc.

lack of business strategy, lack of an agile and flexible management model, too long decision-making process, weak link - the IT team, inflexible adaptation to the expectations of the labor market, low margins, misunderstanding of cultural differences, very unpleasant behavior towards people leaving work, including not paying a part of the bonus without a word of explanation, lack of "fair blame policy",

Referred no business within 6 months make sign bunch of contracts and provide information they say managers only work with some vendors and they cant do anything about it terrible communication waste of time rude make you go into a portal and there is never anything at all in it

Really avoid. When they know you want to leave you are treated like garbage. They do not respect labor code when it comes on hours worked. Growth depends on how many friends you have in upper management who are all related, romantically involved or studied together. So they actually have zero sense on how to keep workers and prevent talent from leaving. Company for starters and interns.

- low salary - high workload - micromanagement - lack of bonus - company has zero transparency - value is on friendships working management but not real talent. - promotion not based on merit - upper management has zero English skills. Let alone the IT team. Because they only hire cheap.
