      If you don’t have a degree, the pay and benefits can’t be beat. If you have a degree, the benefit is the environment isn’t as stressful as a lot of other jobs.

      If you have a degree, you can probably get better pay than here. Some departments are operating with minimal manpower and its workers are being stretched thin.
