Coworkers are very respectful and have become almost part of the family. The training and continueing education program is great to take advantage. Employee are very keen an getting advance degrees

Compensation, company lossing market share. As part of managmen it is at times hard dealing with the union workers. Some of the policy and procedures at times tend to be out of date. Management is slow to embrace the polices of six sigma. If we are to compete in a global enviroment this is key.
