Raises are minimal, and rare, with salary caps often below $20 regardless of position. While health benefits are provided, they come with frequent changes in provider as the company searches for lower rates, often at the cost of higher deductibles for employees. Ops team is slow to respond to communications. Sensitive matters are often met with days of silence before a response is received. Others require continuous follow-up before communication is received.
