great customers who provide a very good opportunity to learn if you have a customer facing role. Good product in a market with a lot of competitors

Management with some exceptions does not have a vision for how to stand out and is mostly following a formula-based approach. If you are not in a customer facing role, there is not much opportunity to learn or grow.

Some great talent a click or two away from the top, but much of the talent has left or will likely be leaving soon. Flex hours - very family friendly. Can be a very rewarding environment for cowboys and self-starters who are looking for lots of autonomy.

A very tough environment to succeed in. Vision and ambition are not enough to build a sustainable business on. No core competencies to leverage - no technology, no real product, and no software development process. Also too many cowboys and not enough Indians or team players.
