Friendly coworkers, management, benefits, bank holidays, lots of opportunities for growth as they hire internally for a lot of back office roles.

Upper management decisions aren’t always agreeable. No sick pay or personal days. Can be difficult to get days off and are expected to use PTO even if you are remote and a storm hits, and for the commute to the office (if its open) A lot of department restructuring, moving people to different job positions. They have laid off some people. They have taken away a lot of company outings, seasonal gifts, and stopped allowing certain departments to take time off the phone for team meetings. Stingy about OT.
