There are a few pros I can think of. One is the supervisor, he's great. Two, the people are friendly. The location is okay. There are appreciation days for us which is nice. Workload is huge and you will be busy throughout the day. If you like processing invoices then this is the place for you.

Svantaggi

There is alot of petty, micro managing, tattle telling, acting like children, etc. Some days there is calm and peace but there will be times when one of the "leads" will make you feel less than loudly on the floor. The pay is okay but could be better. Work is somewhat off balance and you MUST help other coworkers.

Service Experts is a great company to have a carrier. Weather you are just starting in the trades or have been ongoing for years. When i started at Service Experts I quickly realized the company cared about the employee's and the customers as well. Service Experts gives the employee opportunity to grow and be promoted. The company also stands with our military men and women as we are partnered with hiring the Hero's and Military make over. Thank you Service Experts.

Great pay, work life-balance was do-able. PTO and benefits were acceptable.

Hybrid schedule is very strict and taking any time to work from home is not in their best interest.
