This job requires you to visit 5 homes a day so there are long hours involved and what seems to be plenty of opportunity to make a sale. However you work tandem with an hourly paid hvac technician and all of your information to build a sale comes from them. Rarely do they arrive on time, have a good attitude, know what they are doing and care if you make money. The dispatchers office is childish and will do whatever they can to manipulate your schedule if you don't treat them like royalty. The company as a whole is massive but they have purchased local ac businesses in the area and have little to no influence on how they operate. This company expects you to run a process and guarantees you that it will succeed however they don't teach the process to the hvac technician and almost every time they will ruin your chances of success. The only way to sell equipment is to scare the elderly into thinking their system is unsafe or filled with mold. Also they pay far below market average if you do not sign your customer up to their advantage program which is the equivalent of paying double for a new unit.
