One of the last monkeys in the zoo, the CPO has now left. His legacy is favoring predators (American sales leadership who is now a CRO destroying another company it appears) and incompetent overpaid fat cats who pushed the company into it’s largest competitors hands. Well done and I hope they enjoy their payouts knowing the harm they have caused.

10% overlap was told to us by CPO and C level. Over 50% staff here in NA laid off already. Unsurprised by the lies now.

There are always challenges that come with change. As Service Express transitions through a merge, there is uncertainty, particularly around maintaining the close knit culture that defined the organization. Growth and evolution are necessary, but they can shift the employee evperience during transition periods.
