- management positif très orienté vers l'humain - 3 jours de TT - confiance envers les collaborateurs - très bon équilibre vie pro/perso et respect de cela de la part de la direction

Svantaggi

- Salaire vraiment pas à la hauteur des responsabilités confiées - aucun avantage (pas de CE, pas d'intéressement ni participation, pas de 13e mois)

Plenty of work if your face fits

After 7 years working as a "casual " worker working on average 35 hours a week, calls given to a new team who have company cars and salaried. The workers on the team were not even considered for these roles. Not just me but many others who work/worked for sig. Lots of unhappy disgruntled casual workers who had for many years gone over and above for this company.
